  • I paid $300 for a dye by Ruben's assistant and although it was expensive, I left the salon happy. Afterall, the salon had great reviews and I felt I was in good hands. After the first wash, I was devastated when my beautiful dye job turned in to a horrific 2-tone. GROSS! I rushed back to the salon only to be told that they didn't have time to fix me and that the work was not guaranteed. Not guaranteed?!!! WOW! I wish I would have saved my receipt - one call to a lawyer would have fixed this! I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
