  • I used to bank with Chase and I went in to set up a new account but they changed there system where you don't sign in anymore. The lady who managed the bank couldn't tell me that they don't do that anymore she just started arguing about who's turn it was in line. I told her last time I came you had to sign up and she argued with me about who 1st 2nd and 3rd in line instead of just saying WE MAKE APPOINMENTS NOW! I walked out and I'm choosing a different bank.
