The worst expierence I have EVER had !!! On a tuesday I had my jeep in for repair and dropped it off at 7am . I got there at 6:38 am and was first in line. At 7am the service reps started to log in vehicles Oh yes I had an appointment. The reps started at the rear of the line an worked to the front. After I told the rep what I needed done I left . With the promise that I would get a call with an estimate that I got that about 2:30 pm they found more wrong than what I thought. So they would have to keep it overnight an have it ready Wednesday ok fine on Wednesday 2pm or so. Well now I am told that the alignment machine has a broken cable an I can't get my jeep until it's fixed. Another delay. I told them I need my jeep and they said oh we have loaners available, well thanks guys after two days I find out I could have had a loaner. And was told that my jeep will be done first thing in the morning. Here it is at 1pm Thursday an no jeep. And the alignment machine still needs a part to get it going. Well yippy skippy. All I can say is be prepared folks you will need a ruck sack full of patience with this place if you have any work done. Oh yeah I was insulted by some guy who works there ,on Tuesday I had a discount coupon, I forgot to drop it off with the service rep. I walk out to do that an this guy standing there says what are you doing here? I said I am seeing the rep . WHY Do NEED YOUR Permission? He says yeah you do. So I gave him a glare and steeped around him and gave the rep my paperwork. What a way to run a business.
