  • I was on a 1 day business trip in Vegas. I was wandering around inside the New York New York Casino when I saw the Swatch store. I walked inside and was greeted by Ariella. She was incredible. I don't even wear watches but my husband does. She had me buying two watches within minutes. One even for me. I gotta tell you, I LOVE MY WATCH lol!! And my husband absolutely loves his also. Ariella was like my best friend in there. She built instant rapport. She was extremely bubbly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She needs to be cloned for any and all retail stores. Everyone in that store was exactly the same. This company needs to share their secret to other retail establishments on how they recruit and hire these awesome, awesome people. Aleesa rang me up and she was fantastic as well! Kudos times infinity to Ariella! She did a job well done and deserves a pay increase!
