I couldn't give enough praise. Took my 127 lb Bull Mastiff here on Thursday January 16th just before midnight. When I got home from work the dog could not even stand up. Kept falling down and walking into walls. The vet on duty was very knowledgeable. Explained all of or options. Although the "total" estimate was pricey the vet was very clear before hand on what services should be chosen and what our options were. For a 24 hour emergence clinic I thought the price was very reasonable. Before I took Winston there I thought he might have to be euthanized. Nope. The medications prescribed worked wonders. I wished I would have video taped him having problems standing. Two days after, improvement and Winston was better but being very mellow. Today is his fourth day back home, much better, not so mellow and now I have to tell him NO! when he tries to jump up on the furniture. His body is eight years old but his brain is still a puppy. Very grateful to the entire staff at the Peoria Emergency Animal Clinic.
