This is the second time I go to this pharmacy and it will be the last. I will switch to CVS due to their horrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I tried to refill my prescription and received an automated phone call a couple minutes later saying my prescription was delayed. I tried to call the pharmacy numerous times for the next two days. I was on hold for hours. When finally somebody answered, amazingly I got disconnected. Finally, today I got a hold of a real person to explain why I can't pick up my prescription after 3 days... she told me it was because my insurance denied it... i have no problem paying out of pocket for it. Anyway, the female employee was rude and had an attitude. This is the last time I will go there. Horrible, horrible customer service!
