  • I am sure Findlay won't care about this review but here it goes. I called on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and spoke to Bob to relay to him the issues I was having with battery and it doing dead. I told him the battery was replaced two weeks prior. He stated sounds like the battery needed to be replaced. Again told him I replaced it two weeks previous. He scheduled appointment for Tuesday Sept 5 for 8 am and he stated they would see me then. I arrived on time that day and was speaking with Monique and walked inside with her. She went around the desk and goes "bob you talked to blake on Saturday so can you help him". He goes I didn't talk to him. I go yes you did. He took my info and said ok we will look at it and may need to keep it for a few days. I said ok and I will be waiting. At 12 noon still had no word of anything so went up to ask him what was going on. He goes " who are you". I then told him and he looked confused and had to look up the repair order. He then states " why are you still here. I told you we needed the vehicle for at least 3 days". I said well How am I supposed to get home. He replied that the shuttle could take me home. I then stated you are gonna take me to Kingman AZ where I live. He said no. Then I asked about a rental. He said sure I can call someone but VW won't be paying. I stated since when. The work is under warranty and you have done it in the past. He said that they no longer did that. I'm like ok then get me my car. I have no way home. He said well I told you on Saturday that we needed it for at least 3 days. i stated that's funny you stated this you never talked to me that day. He started getting rude and I told him that I was done with Findlay. Told him I was gonna cancel my 2018 Atlas order and he said O'well. I took my keys and left. Called Internet sales guy and told him that I no longer wanted the Atlas and told him why. He was embarrassed about my treatment and apologized. Asked if anything he could do. Said no that I was done with Findlay VW. No one seems to give a damn about the customer service that is provided.
