  • Every time I really need a true butcher I try this place- I stopped driving across town in hopes of finding duck confit, rabbit, osso bucco, veal chops or even lamb sausage- it never fails..."nope we don't have that" - if you boast a premium butcher offering why is it all beef and pork??? Metcalfs always comes through-I've tried for over two years- guess not!
