| - Our experience here was totally straightforward with friendly help and a super quick and easy purchase. It was incredibly refreshing after getting the runaround at lots of other dealerships.
We found the exact vehicle we wanted on their website, priced to move (below other area dealership prices). We pulled in a few minutes before the dealership opened and were greeted immediately. As soon as we mentioned the vehicle we liked online, we were taken straight to it (on a golf cart!), and test-drove it.
When we went in to talk numbers, it all went smoothly. The vehicle had about $900 of extra dealer add-ons on it, but, to be honest, we didn't even pay attention to what they were because we were so glad to find the exact model and feature combo we wanted, plus it still cost less than when we shopped around. Taxes, tags and $399 doc fee later, we had our total.
The salesman, Roy, was super friendly and laid back and didn't try to upsell anything. Admittedly, we came in ready to buy, but there was no shadiness whatsoever. We were in a hurry so he expedited everything. The finance guy, Evan, was particularly nice and didn't insist we add anything we didn't want (especially refreshing considering that all 3 times I've made car purchases, this was always the pushiest and least pleasant role).
All in all, we had a terrific experience and we love our new Jeep!
