  • WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. If only I could give negative ratings. Worst experience ever and this shop just validates that most shops and mechanics are snakes. Went in to change out front brake pads, they had a deal for the basic brake pads for $99 when normal price is $149. The female at front desk, named Amber, stated that my left calibrator needed to be replaced and I told her no, I only came for the brake pads and I was only paying for the brake pads. She pulls up the cost of everything and was charging me $250+. Of course I told her NO. I did not want those flushes or extra work, just replace the brakes- things got weird here because she seemed upset that I was holding firm with not spending more than what I said because she tore up the paper in front of me.. ok.. THEN she tried to swindle me on upgrading to the premium brake pads because she didn't have the basic pads in stock. Again I said no. After waiting 2.5 hours (should not have taken that long at all), they took it for a test drive, brought it back, and informed me that I had a chatter in my rear rotors. So I automatically became suspicious since normally you're supposed to be informed about anything that's wrong with your car at the beginning, not when they're sending you off. So the mechanic, I forgot what his name was but it started with an A, some skinny Caucasian guy that vapes, said that I'd be feeling slight vibration in my brake pedals when I brake and I told them that I didn't have issues with that before I brought my car there. Then they tried to blame it on the previous people who did my rear brakes at Just Brakes at another location. Unprofessional- trying to discredit another location but you work for the same company. I drive my car out of the plaza and as I'm braking, my whole car is violently shaking. At this point I'm furious and I drive back and accuse them of messing with my brakes and rotors and that they did something wrong to my car because prior to me going there, there was nothing wrong with my car. The skinny mechanic (Adam, Aidan, Alex, whatever the f his name is) then said to me "it's no big deal". SERIOUSLY? You work on my car and send me off with a problem and you don't thing that's a big deal? Their excuse is that my front rotor is slightly warped WHICH MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE 1. My car was braking fine before I brought it in and 2. They mention this AFTER working on my car. SUSS AF. The manager, Troy, fixed my rotor. But I wouldn't come back to this location. They're snakes. They'll screw with your car so they can continue to swindle people and pocket their money. Seriously, you're better off watching YouTube videos and workin on your own car. Plus, whoever is responding to the yelp reviews and "apologizing" is apologizing with generic responses. Clearly this company really doesn't care about the unbelievably low quality service they provide.
