  • My girlfriend had a silver ring which broke, with a large piece of lapis lazuli inset. I found Barnes via Yelp and decided to pop over for a visit to see what they could do with it. They took the ring and said that they'd try to get the stone out, and after that could create a new ring for it from gold, white gold, or platinum. I asked about silver, and they said that they didn't work with it but could refer me to someone who does. So I left the ring with them, and the next day they called me to let me know it was ready. I went by and they'd sucessfully managed to remove the stone. I pulled out my credit card, but there was no charge. I was really impressed with their customer service- if you're in the market for some high-end jewellry this is *DEFINITELY* the place for you.
