Checked out the show this weekend and would have to say that this is one of my favorites to visit. Decided to pop in Friday evening after work - got a free power bar along with lots of samples from various vendors: Live Clean, Annie's, Method, Vita Coco etc. There was a lot more and it was cool to try out food and drink from a few restaurants whose ingredients are locally sourced. My friend also tried "cricket" bolognese. She said it was good. No I did not try this item lol.
I also decided to go on Sunday. Was able to purchase a few Method products - 2 for $5 for hand soaps, dish soap (the woman even threw in an extra hand soap for me - so nice), case of coconut water (Thirsty Buddha), some guilt free cookies, natural soaps, jar soups etc.
There was quite a lot to see and eat. I also got to do an hour of yoga (in 2 - 30 min intervals) near the center stage. It was fun and my friend won a yoga towel afterwards.
I would definitely recommend everyone to check it out next year. There are always free ticket giveaways and those who want to live a greener lifestyle.
