  • First ever negative review and I hate doing that but have to warn you. Trap.Signed up here for a $40 per month membership, only because they offered me month to month deal, meaning that theres no annual contract like in many other gyms. Reason being is that I had plans to leave country for a few months and didnt want to pay for those months that I wouldnt able to go to the gym there. When time came around for me to leave I first called to cancel my membership, customer service person said that it has to be done in person, I was like "ok, thank god I havent left yet..". So i go to the gym to cancel it. Girl who helped me made it very painless and quick.......a month or so later I receive a phone call stating that I have signed up for 1 year contract with them, and have to pay them a fee if I wanted to cancel.????? Person on a phone didnt want to listen to me and kept saying that paper i signed stated that the contract is for 1 year. Smh. Worst experience ever.
