  • The outside of the area should have provided a clue to the inside. The garbage can was overflowing, spilling onto the ground. This was just outside the south entrance. The line was not long but it took a while to get through since they do the drink orders at the entrance and then you have to wait to be seated. This was not a quick or smooth process. Also there were no trays left at the entrance. The dining areas was cluttered with napkins on the floor and the tables and chairs had not been thoroughly cleaned. Not very inviting. Some of the 'clean' plates had food on them. The food selection seemed to be extensive until you realized many of the advertised items were missing. The hot food was not. Barely warm. The salad bar area was a total mess. The dessert area was also a total mess. There were many young kids roaming around, picking up food with their fingers and putting some of them back. The ice cream machine was working but not the hot fudge or caramel machine. Servers were few and far between. Empty plates were not collected regularly. We actually put some of them on an empty chair since there didn't seem to be a collection area if you wanted to dispose of them yourself. They were never collected until we were almost ready to leave. Overall, not a good experience. I would certainly not recommend or go back again.
