  • I had an incredible experience at Brown's. I went to Brown's looking for nice shoes to wear to my wedding after striking out at all of the major shoe stores elsewhere in the city. I'm 5'7" with size 7 shoes normally, but all the high end brands seem to make them a little bigger so I needed a 6.5 or 6. As soon as I walked in I was asked by Andrew, one of the sales staff, if I needed any help. He gave us any information we wanted to know about the store and the shoes I was trying on. Since I came in shorts he offered a pair of charcoal suit pants (to match the suit I already have for the wedding) so I could see how the shoes looked with suit pants. He also helped find a matching belt and a nice shirt to bring everything together. They also took all of my measurements to put in my client file so that when I come back any of the staff will be able to find what I'm looking for quickly. If you're 5'8" or under and are tired of scouring the city for reasonably-fitting clothes, make your way to Brown's. Not only do they have shoe sizes that will fit, but their shirts/suits/etc are all made to be properly proportioned instead of having a shirt that is the right length, but too wide and with baggy armpits. Highly Recommended.
