Take an Italian name and throw it on some leather shoes made in China and BOOM you've got a great moneymaking business. I sure love Aldo. They have some pricey shoes and I can't recall ever having bought any there at full price. I currently have 3 pair in my collection of shoes and they hold up very well not to mention having a high resale value - when you're done just take them to the local used and vintage clothing store for a little extra cash.
I'm also a huge fan of Aldo's accessories. I've purchased bags, scarves, ties, bracelets, etc. there and I like them all. The only thing I don't like is that the watches are so damn huge! I'm pretty sure most guys shopping at Aldo (not to mention the guys in the ads) are skinny dudes like me with narrow wrists that get swallowed whole by these watches. They're cool, but need to be smaller! This Aldo is one of my favorite locations by the way, not to mention it being closest to home.
