  • The doctor was great, but my son was coughing really bad and they forgot to send over the prescription to the pharmacy. We called to get this resolved and encountered the worst human being I have ever had to talk too! Denise Jarles was rude and unprofessional. We called to try and get my 4 year-olds cough medicine and antibiotics were told to "give us until 7pm". She was very short and asked us the same questions over and over, and then the conversation went from rude to aggressively rude! We ask Denise what her name was, to which she responded "What's your name?". We then called back when the script wasn't there sent over at 6:50ish and she became hostile. She went on to tell us that she was a professional and deals with hundreds of people a day.... We told her we just wanted to get the script and needed her to make that happen, to which she responded, "I do my job, you need to do your job and take care of your child.." The only appropriate response was "that's what we are trying to do". We did finally get the script at 9pm. I know people have bad days, but this was a truly terrible experience with a really nasty human being.
