So here is what to expect: Delays, uncomfortable seats, especially if you are over 6 feet tall. more delays, you will land about an hour after your booked landing time.
This is what happened to me when I flew to Denver. Check-in was easy nobody was there as this flight was at 8pm on a Friday.
Flight was suppose to take off at 8:15pm We didn't get in the air until 8:45pm. If anyone knows anything about Denver airport that it's a huge airport that takes a solid 30+ mins to get to the baggage claim. You would think that's enough time for your bags to be waiting for you.
NOPE waited 45 minutes AFTER GETTING TO THE BAGGAGE CLAIM for our bags to hit the conveyor belt.
Repeat above when flying back. One guarantee with Frontier is delays.
I will say this if you want to fly somewhere for cheap and it's less than a 2 hour flight time and you're not on a strict schedule? Definitely book Frontier. Anything after 2 hours your body will be sore because the seats have little to no padding or support. The seats remind me of chairs in an office waiting room.
So cliffnotes: expect delays, be prepared to tell whomever is picking you up that you will probably be later than the time you booked, Seats are uncomfortable, good luck getting your bags quickly.
At least it's cheap right?!!
