So incredibly disappointed! I scheduled an appointment for both my children to go here, 4 weeks in advance, and they called me at 4:11pm the day before my appointment, to tell me that they have no child dentist that day and I would have to reschedule. I was working, and didn't get the message until 5. When I called back, no one answered so I left a message for them to call me back. They still have not called me back, 4 days later. Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I work at a dealership, and if we were to ever make one of our clients reschedule because we weren't staffed properly, we would be fired. Either way, it's probably for the better. Hopefully I will find a much better dentist for my children to go to. I strongly advise you do the same if you don't want to waste your time and energy.
