| - This is a great buffet.
Have been hearing about, and missing out, on this place for a while now. Finally on this trip wife and I decided since we were staying at Cosmo, need to check it out. How foolish we were to have waited this long.
Went for brunch on a Saturday, line was pretty long, but my Marriott platinum status allowed us to skp the line. Of course the thing here is that they ave some things in small, chafing dishes to avoid the glutinous "plate heaping" so many tend to do when they visit the Buffett. But there are still plenty of items you can pile on your plate if you want to; but since it's a buffet, and you don't see anybody else doing it; you don't feel like you should either, which we liked.
French toast was other worldly. Pork belly, homemade sausage, pork belly, pork shoulder .. ... the list goes on and one, as do the food offerings and without a bit of quality sacraficed.
