No longer a fan. I have a post office box and it was locked. Went in and the manager said it was expired and I should have been given a notice. I check EVERY piece of mail and I guarantee there is no way I was given a letter letting me know this box would expire soon. I would have paid, not a big deal. But instead I was charged a $20 fee.
1 of 2 things happened
1: Human error and the notice was never put in the box
2: Something shady happened
I'm curious if this is a common theme in order to get more money? Or was this truly a mistake by the post office?
