  • Called several times for a commercial 6 ton unit - very costly. Couldn't get a call back. Went with Sunrise mechanical - they answered the phone and were out the same day. Southwest is a joke of a company - HVAC issues in Vegas are emergencies and after 5 days and more than one call couldn't even get a call back. Don't waste your time.
