  • John was absolutely wonderful in helping us through the process of selling our home via short sale. We were underwater in a house we purchased 10 years ago and we were unsure of what to do when the banks wouldn't help us refinance. John assured us we could sell the house and get out from under a  negative equity property. John and his title company were also able to get us approved for the HAFA program which allotted us a $10,000 relocation payment. John went above and beyond to help us sell our home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. The support team that John has is also amazing. I was kept in the loop about each step and process that happened. We were worried that a short sale was going to be a stressful process, but John helped ease our fears and the process went smoothly. I would recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
