  • Just complete wow the run around we got. If you want to apply a gift card to your car rental, don't be fooled thinking you can do it on site or after you pick up the car. The service agents will direct you to customer service who will do everything in the world to reject the coupon since you already picked up the car. Do not waste your time calling customer service after you pick up the car they won't help you. Unfortunately, the people on site have been directed to reject all coupons and tell you to call later after you pick up the car. This won't work! You have to call before you sit inside that car or your out your gift card money!
