  • Terrible communication, unapologetic and no considerations. I got into an accident in November and got my car back the middle of January. They told the insurance company they were done but didn't tell me until 4 that evening so the rental car place tried to charge me for a day. My door squeaked when I picked it up. They insisted on correcting it. Kudos! But They installed the wrong bracket. So my window hit every time I rolled it down. They said it was fine until they could order me the correct one. They never called to tell me they ordered a new one until I was persistent. Here it is over a year later and still no bracket. I'm going to assume some left the door open too long and got dust particles in the hinge.
