Went in today to drop off a FedEx package. I wasn't offered a receipt, however I asked for one since I wanted proof I dropped the package off. The scanner appeared to be giving the clerk a hard time, she tried 3 times using the scanner & it wouldn't scan, making her hand enter my package info.
Then the phone rang.
Then I became invisible.
All focus was shifted to the person on the phone. I was handed my receipt, I said thank you, she kept talking on the phone. I said "thank you" again, still not a word to me. I repeated it a 3rd time, "thank you" & looked at her for a response. Still on the phone I was given a nod & she continued on her phone call. Customer service is terrible one on one, proving to me a phone call is more important then me!
I will go out of my way not to use this company.
