In response to my previous review, I received the following email from Ann. I am revising my rating, though I have decided to seek out a stylist closer to home. I do appreciate the professional way she handled this.

While timing is always difficult because of people not showing up or coming late I do try my best to make my clients feel welcomed and pampered. Which apparently was NOT your experience with me and that is disappointing to both myself as I know it was you.

During the coupon process it has been more than a challenge to get everyone in, make people happy, and keep everyone on time. I am over that process now and I would really love to keep you.
