  • Awful customer service!! I made the hard decision to put my senior dog down and called to get prices. The girl who answered was unsympathetic and said I would need to make an appointment, the earliest being 4 days from now. When asked why I could do a walk in today she was very rude in saying they are very busy on the weekends and unless I am an existing client they could not work me in. It's hard enough making this heartbreaking decision and then to be treated like that was horrible! Even though they were the cheapest I could find I would rather pay the $100 more for a place that has some compassion. Their vets may be very good but if this is the attitude you are given when you call you may never know how the vets are, it's very unfortunate.
