First of all, there are some very cheap reviewers here! LoL! The services are super cheap! Try getting a massage from a licensed massage therapist and see if you can find one that will only charge $20 an hour. Even with the $10 mandatory tip that everyone is complaining about, it is still a very good deal. As a licensed massage therapist, I've been stiffed on so many occasions after being told that my massage was great. So personally, I think it's great that they have the mandatory tip. Keep in mind that out of the $20 they're probably only getting $10 for that hour.
My best friend and I (both licensed massage therapists) decided to try this place on a whim. Thankfully, she had been to one before and told me that they work on the whole body and not just the feet (which is what reflexology is). We were lead to a room with 2 mats and given ample time to disrobe and make ourselves comfortable. The therapists had us scoot down so that our feet would be in a bucket of warm water. While our feet were soaking, they started off with face, head and neck massage. Pressure was perfect and Mia (the technician) worked out all my knots and kinks. They proceeded to do the rest of the body. Some parts, I did feel like it was too much pressure but I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person. We do want to try out other foot spas around town but this is definitely on a list of places we would go again.
There is a $1 charge if you use credit card. Please tip generously. If you can't afford to tip at least $10 on a $20 massage, then don't get the service. The sign is up on the wall so it's not like you should be surprised.
Also, don't expect this to be a relaxing Swedish massage. They work hard to get the kinks out and pressure can be quite deep at times. Just speak up and they'll adjust.
