  • I really enjoyed this breakfast at the Cosmopolitan. They serve a breakfast menu all day, but we went for a more traditional breakfast on Xmas morning. The food was insane good. We had some fresh made beignets, I got a great breakfast burrito, and my lady had a very solid scramble. I wanted to eat more, but with a huge Xmas dinner on the horizon, I thankfully stopped myself. The folks next to us got pancakes that looked decadent. There was also some waffly-thing that looked like a million calories of awesome. The service staff were super cool (for having to work Xmas morning), and the place was easy to find on the entry level of Cosmo, pretty close the strip entrance. You cannot miss it! A definitive must-try place for your Vegas calorie replenishment. ENJOY!!
