  • I highly recommend this hotel for it's wonderful customer service. I booked a trip there for me and my girlfriends for September, but unfortunately cannot go due to work conflicts. I then realized I actually booked a non-refundable room and they reimbursed me! I know most hotels/resorts do not do much to help you in this kind of situation, but this hotel did thankfully. I hope to get to Saguaro in the near future.
