  • The product was as good as always and they seemed a lot faster than the location over by Fashion Square. This review is so low because the location was very unpleasant. Location only, the staff was great, product was great but the location is just not right. It is too small. It is cramped and uncomfortable. There is no place to sit and barely any place to wait. The tables were all dirty with sticky ice cream. The floors were the same and covered in used napkins and ice cream bits all about. It must be impossible to clean with that dense of a customer base in the location at one time. It is nice to have a Creamistry so close to us on the north side of Scottsdale but they just cant seem to hit the mark with the location's size and cleanliness. Its a real bummer because the family loves this place and for the price they charge it should be facilitated better.
