  • Hi, I visit Bobby Q on 7-19-2011 after reading the good reviews about this place, so I want to check it out myself since I'm from Texas. I ordered a Whole Hog Heaven for me and my hubby with bottle of wine, and for my daughter I ordered the pull pork sandwich. Alright people, the barbeque was ok and for the people who have dentures this is place for them. The ribs, meat melt of the bone alright but it's too mushy. I can't even pick up the bone because the mushy meats just melt in the tray. Good bbq ribs, meat should attach to the bones when you break it and melted in your mouth when you eat it that's call good bbq people. Their pull pork was good and their corn bread was delicious seriously, but the brisket was too dried and the meat is brownish like old meats. After tasting the brisket I just stop eating my dinner. Lucky I had a bottle of wine. Good brisket supposed to be little char on the outside, pinkish inside, and juicy. Barbeque sauce normally served on the side because the good briskets meats are juicy and tender; therefore, the sauce doesn't need to poor all over the brisket. Our server was alright doesn't know much about wine though, but I can't complaints because I'm not at fine dining. The ambience was ok, music ok, but menu little greasy and some bread crumbs in it that's not so ok to me. The price is very cheap. Quantity is beyond my expectation but need to work on quality of foods. For three of us the bill comes to $86.37 including tips. I hope this review help some of you, thank you!
