rev:text	I would choose ZERO stars if I could. I knew in the first minute of talking with the representative that I wasn't going to choose ProCRAP. In her first 5 minutes of talking it was all negative things about other places and she kept saying how she wasn't a sales person like "other places." Heres a tip for you don't even use that word "sales" when you're talking with a family trying to take the next step for their loved one for hospice. The last thing on out minds is a sales person but when you bring it up it just puts a bad taste in your mouth. It got worse when one of the distant relatives thought it would be a good idea to ask the representative "how long do YOU think our loved one has to live?" I told her she can't ask that to this person where they really don't have any knowledge or authority of our loved one. I didn't even think the representative would entertain that statement until she blurts out "I believe he has ONE WEEK". ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME LADY! Yeah it sounds like if we choose to go with PROCRAP he might only last a week the way you talk about how this place works. Wow I was floored in my mind but kept my cool because this representative was so freaking incompetent it wasn't worth my time to even give her a reaction. And she literally was like ya know doctors don't like to give the bad news and I don't like to either but I will even though people don't want to hear it. This rep was beyond a nightmare and I can only believe that if this is how they train their reps the services are even worse. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.
