  • I've had my 2011 Hyundai Sonata serviced at Keffer Hyundai several times since I purchased my car from them. Vince, Linda, and Beverly have always been professional, pleasant and attentive to my needs. From asking me, if I would like a cold water while I wait, to addressing me as "Ms. Williams" and they are older than me. I know everyone experience is there own and not take anything away from the other reviewer's feelings. I just want everyone to know that there are some great people working at this dealership and who are really intentional about servicing their customers with excellence. I have had all types of maintenance done from oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, 20K miles service and etc. All the time Vince has greeted me with a smile and a "Hi, Ms. Williams- How are you doing?" Vince is always smiling ( with that boyish charm grin of his). Vince and I talk like two buddies who have not seen each other for while. I remember when I first got my car and I could not figure out how to play music from my IPhone. Vince was so sweet when he introduced me to this thing called "Bluetooth" and its ability to play music through my car from my IPhone. He did not in any way make me feel stupid or dumb for needing him to show me how to use it. I felt like I was special and my experience with my car mattered to him. Linda will smile and say Hi Nicole (she will greet me by first name and Ms. Williams sometimes) because we chat every time I come in just to check in on each others life. We talk about where each of us went on vacation or the finger nail polish colors. While all the long checking me into the service department with a quickness. Beverly, even though she is always in her work and busy, smiles and says Hi. Ms.Williams. Then asks me how everything is going with a smile and how would your like to pay today. One time I miss signing one of the invoices because I was on a conference call for work and not paying attention. She politely waited for a pause in me talking and guided me back to the area I missed signing with her pen and circle around where I needed to sign. Being sensitive to the fact that I was on a work conference call. It is the things like that mean excellence customer service to me. Finally, I think both the service area and the sales area have a wonderful bunch of people, who always makes you feel like they are there for you.
