  • We dropped both of our dogs off at 11:00 am. We just ordered a wash and issues already started to occur. They charged us 45 dollars for a half year old puppy who weighs 48 pounds. Our other dog is one year and a half and weighs 45, they charged us 35 for her. Beforehand, they tried to change us 45 for both which was just too much. It was around 3:00 pm and we decided to call and ask what was taking this long. To our surprise, we are hit with the news that our dogs won't be ready until 5:00 pm, which is the time that they close up. After arriving to pick up our dogs, the lady working inside was smoking a cigarette and after seeing us asked, "are you here for the big dogs? I just need to clip his nails and he will be ready." This infuriated me because I was expecting my dog to be ready by then, to discover that she is smoking on the side and my dogs not even being ready for the time they gave us?? And here I wondered what was taking so long. This just shows how determined these employees are towards their job. Dogs can become stressed if they are left in small spaces, in this case a kennel. From 11-5 my dogs spent a total of six hours there. Chances are it only takes one hour to actually groom them. The service is horrible and with what you're paying, you're better off going somewhere else where your pet will be treated like a priority. I am never returning because this is officially the third time an error occurs with taking my dogs here. If you are looking to quality, this is not the place.
