  • This company is a complete scam!!! My story is similar to others on here, unfortunately... I had a door to door salesman come to my house and tell me that they were running a special. For $99, they would do a one time spray. We didn't sign any contracts- this was a "one time treatment". I paid the fee, they did the spray outside of my house. We experienced an influx of mosquitos in our home like never seen before. It almost made our home inhabitable! When EcoShield contacted us a month or two later to schedule another appointment, we told them that NO WAY were we doing anymore treatments, to take us off their calling list, etc... They then called again about a week or two later. We spoke to them and told them there was no way we were having any more treatments done. They transferred me to a manager, in which I explained our horrible experience all over again. The manager said he would take us off the calling list. That was the last we have heard from them! This was well over 6 months ago. Ecoshield has never sent us anything in the mail in regards to owing them any additional funds. Then today we got a collection letter in the mail for $210!! Are you kidding me? I am disputing the collection and will be reporting to BBB and AZ Attorney General of Consumer Affairs. I do not take being scammed lightly. Stay AWAY!!!!
