  • I am not a Pho expert but I am steeping out of my pho box to learn more about it. So I cannot give you an honest answer of which is the best in town, I will have to do more research ;) A good hardy broth LOTS of flavor a little bit of grease on the top but I believe that is from the cooking process kind of like a slow cooked stew. Lots of noodles and meat and gave you lots of veggies to fill up for bowl with. BTW the bowls are huge I don't think anyone will be leaving hungry. Again I am not an expert but I thought this was a great Pho soup The decor is nice and the kitchen open to watch your food being cooked for you. They do have the credit card machine in that day so it is no longer cash only.
