  • I have been going to this store for years and yes it's hard to get service from the male associates but OMG try going when it's the boys club at 6:00 am it's not going to happen. I guess being a woman at that hour your fat wallet doesn't matter. Well Lowes was very happy to make my $673 sale and take my order for new slate appliances totaling over $3000 and they were more than happy going over my kitchen & bathroom remodel. So thank you Home Depot associates ( the one that was called saw me & waited on the first man he saw even though I was the one the woman at customer service counter (who was very helpful when u need her when I first got there) called him for &. especially the associate who saw me walking towards him and when I put my hand up to get his attention took an about face and walked the other direction.... Lowes took very good care of me I'm sure they would like to thank you. sincerely a former female customer
