  • Good price but bad customer service! They are suppose to be open until 4 but will call you and say we are closing in 15 minutes so please be here by then.... the customer experience is an nonexistent basically you come in drop off the dogs and that's it... no real conversation, no appreciation for being a customer for years nothing! You can give them a tip and you get no thank you or anything. After accusing us of not giving our dogs water they've lost 200.00 dollars from our family! Too many dog groomers to deal with that crap!
