  • I don't like this Ulta very much. The variety of makeup is just like any other Ulta, drugstore on one side and high end on the other. When you walk in no one is there to greet you; this particularly gets me mad for some reason. The people here just don't have good customer service. Even the lady that rings up your items gives you a look. Also, in the drug store aisle people like to sample makeup that are not testers, but to be honest there hardly is any testers anyways. Before I knew anything about make you would literally have to go up to these woman to ask them a question and they would tell me to "hold on" and call someone else for me. I mean if you're not doing anything you should be able to help? I've never had my hair or makeup done here but from the look of customer service, I don't think I would want to. Anyways overall the customer service is HORRIBLE, I do not recommend coming here, unless you like rude woman and makeup that has been tested on.
