  • Alright, so first you're going to want to deal with Bill when you're getting setup. He's the man. He's high energy (in a good way and not the "Please leave me alone" way) and happy to help. He covered everything I needed to know and was trustworthy. I'll be honest, since it was my first time using a storage unit, I definitely went in with my defenses up and was super careful to make sure I wasn't getting scammed. But trust me, put those shields down. Bill's there to help and not to just make a quick sale and then get rid of you to move onto the next customer. If you like chatting it up while getting everything in order, he's good for that and I certainly enjoyed our conversations. With that said, I can also tell that if you'd rather just get business done and keep to yourself, he'd be able to figure it out and just get cracking. You can't lose!
