  • I want to preface this review by stating that the employees were incredibly nice and I believe they were doing as much as they could to remedy our issues. I would also like to say that I will not be staying here again. On day two of our stay we had no hot water. Guest services told me I was the only one that complained. Upon check out guest services said that they can't compensate for our day with no hot water because it affected the entire hotel. Cold showers is not a great way to start the day. :( Our initial room was quite dilapidated so we upgraded. When we got to the new room we realized that we had one soft pillow and three bricks. When I called guest services they told me they could not bring me an additional soft pillow nor could they exchange one of the bricks for a soft one. They brought us three more bricks. I've never had a hotel deny me a pillow. :( Someone had turned the refrigerator to the lowest setting and all of the ice had melted causing it to flood. I had to clean that up before I could use it. It also took forever to get cold again. House keeping should probably check that after every guest. So at a reasonable hour at night I wanted to order up some room service only to discover that room service cuts off at 9 PM. I would expect a Vegas hotel to serve later than that. Sunday through Thursday hours are from 6 AM to 1 PM. :( We realized when we ordered breakfast that it's not really room service. It's delivery from their cafĂ© to go downstairs. Everything came in a bag. I really could've used a real fork and a plate. :( Housekeeping doesn't vacuum. At 6 AM on our final day I called guest services to request a slightly later check out. I was hoping to go from 11 AM to 12 PM. Apparently they charge for that. My first time in Vegas not being accommodated with a late check out without having to pay for it. When checking out I realized that I had charges on my bill for Internet. It's supposed to come free with the $34 per day resort fee. When I called guest services the agent argued with me about removing the charges because I had more than two devices connected at any one time. :( Anyway, I just wanted folks to know what they're getting into prior to booking here. It was a memorable experience that I don't want to repeat.
