  • 100 Stars. Wow! Excellent customer service. Got a flyer in the mail for a roaster pan. Would be great for my dog. She has some digestive issues and need to cook her chicken weekly. Tired of purchasing the aluminum pans and trashing them. Could not find the roaster. Asked a lady on the triangle ladder for some assistance, as she was doing inventory. She said it could be on the other side the store and was willing to walk down for some help. Said no, could find with direction. Great customer service. Willing to stop a job to help a customer. Found it and purchased the item. The only thing, was a roaster for a whole chicken. Told the lady at the cash register, I make chicken thighs for my dog and the slats were too big. Did they have a tighter grill pan. She finished the transaction, and closed the register. Took me into the back area to find a solution. None, sorry to say. She said let me look on line in inventory. She found something. Did the Internet thing. Got me a new drip grill plate for the pan for a total cost of $3.00 and no shipping. Will even come to my house. Wow! This is service at its best and employees that listen to customer and willing to help find a solution to a problem. If you need household items, would recommend this store to any reader on this site.
