  • Unprofessional customer service. Although attempting to use a groupon, clients should be treated fairly and with the same level of service. If you do not leave a message, on their broken voicemail account, yet will not speak to you to schedule an appointment. Email is listed on the website as a means of contact, but looks like it is as useless as the broken voicemail service. 73% rating on groupon leaves little to be desired as well. Keep looking if you need a regular massage therapist!
