  • My husband and I have been bringing the kids here since we moved in a year ago, every Friday night. It's our family thing we do on Friday nights and the kids love it. This past Friday I was told by the worker behind the counter that I wasn't allowed to order 'kid' size cups of ice cream (1 scoop) for me and my husband, and those were only for 5 and under. She told me it's their policy. I've been ordering that for a year now without issue from many of the workers. Sorry if I don't want to eat a cup with 3 scoops of ice-cream at twice the price. One scoop is my splurge for the week! Anyway we were denied and I said thank you very much you have just lost us as weekly customers. Technically my 6 year old daughter shouldn't be allowed to get the 'kid' cup either because she is not 5 or under. We will be going to Kilwins from now on. I don't like to write bad reviews but I felt I had to so the owner can know business has been lost over this silly policy.
