  • It is difficult to find really good Vietnamese food in North Carolina. We were in the area and tried this place. We were so happy to find a place with great food, reasonable prices, and exceptional service. The three of us like different things. We got the Lemongrass Chicken, Seafood Pho, and Birds Nest Chicken. All three dishes were great. Out waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Saigon Bay will be on our go-to list from now on.
