  • Really disappointed. Had a great experience with this company in 2007 - excellent service and high quality materials and install. But this time around everything was completely unorganized. Pricing was changed three times, could not get anyone to return my calls, kept being told "we're really busy". I understand everyone gets slammed, but we never received a gracious apology or "bear with us, we'll work with you". I'd say hire more people, streamline operations or invest in a CRM because we were very disappointed and will be purchasing elsewhere.
