| - I usually am not the review type, but after today's experience, I just had to say something! The previous day I had just received the new iPhone 7 by mail. Kept getting "no service", which of course means I had a phone that didn't do its basic function, be a phone! So after I had activated it I had my previous iPhone 6 go to no service also, so I had no working phone. Went early in the morning and was waiting in the line outside right before they opened. To make the story short, I had to drive back and forth from Apple to my mobile carrier's shop several times. Spent about 4 hours until the issue was resolved. Apple was saying"it's not our fault", so I went to my carrier's shop, and guess what, they told me after switching out my SIM card with a new one that it's an iPhone issue! Every time I would come back to the Apple Store, they would tell me that I had to wait, and the last time I went that I had to go back in the afternoon since they were full. I let them know that I was not going anywhere and demanded to be helped immediately. Every time I argued that it is not my fault if their brand new $1000.00 phone is not working. I finally returned the faulty iPhone 7 and was issued a refund, since they told me that they did not have a new one to change it with. Horrible customer service, rude, no knowledge are some of the nicest things I could say about this Apple Store.
