  • I wanted to like the place The employees are warm and friendly and seem quite knowledgeable. The dentist was thorough and friendly and presented a good plan for what I needed. So, the problem? They did not present a sanitized environment. A place can be simple, older and still clean - right? All who touched me had gloves on. The problem is I saw the gloves touch many surfaces ( keyboard, wall, under chair, files, pencil, pen, adjust stool, hand mirror, switch, mouse) before and during them being in my mouth. Even after my gums were bleeding from the normal poking around. I asked for a antibacterial rinse but was just rinsed with water even after explaining my concerns. I brought this up to the folks and they were good about my comments but had no offer of how to better the situation I even made an appointment to return but after telling my friends about the experience every one of them said to not go back. Sometimes I have to listen to the majority and just hope that it changes now. The overall energy is one of having given up, not sure what that is about. I sincerely wish each of you the best.
